How It Works


1. Find a quiet place.


2. Get a journal and a pen.


3. Play our music.


4. Write down what comes to you when you listen to the music. It could be a thought, a memory, a vision, a word, a person, etc.


5. Take time to look over what you put in your journal.


6. Congratulations! You activated your mind to begin The 10 R's of Wellness. Your trauma recovery will go smoother and more efficient, yielding greater results.


7. Repeat steps 1-5 as needed. There are no adverse side effects!
